Terms of use

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms cover the use of this website. They do not cover any software we build for you. That is the engagement letter’s job.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Dunime Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Lanefolio is one of its products. The company’s registered particulars are published on dunime.com.

2. What this site is

A description of a product, published for information. It is not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. Nothing is sold here: there is no checkout, no subscription and no account.

3. Accuracy, and what is not yet built

We describe the software as it is specified and built, and we try to keep the description current. Where something is specified but not yet released, we say so and give no date. Capability descriptions here are not warranties; what is warranted is what a signed engagement says.

4. Illustrative figures

Any figures shown in tables on this site are illustrative and are there to show how the software reads, not to represent any customer’s results. Industry figures are drawn from published research and are described as such. No client’s data appears anywhere on this site.

5. An engagement letter overrides this page

If we sign an agreement with you, that agreement governs the work and prevails over anything written here, including these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Lanefolio name and mark, the text on this site and the software itself belong to Dunime Technologies Private Limited. You may read, print and quote this site with attribution. You may not copy the mark, or reproduce the site as your own.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the enquiry form to send bulk, automated or unlawful messages, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on. Submissions are rate-limited.

8. Links out

This site links to dunime.com and, in places, refers to published research. We are not responsible for the content of any site we do not operate.

9. Availability

The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from the use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the fees you have actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version in force.
