Privacy notice
Last updated 18 August 2026
This site collects almost nothing, and what it does collect it does not share. The detail is below.
1. Who this notice is from
Lanefolio is a product of Dunime Technologies Private Limited. Dunime Technologies is the operating entity and the data fiduciary for anything collected here. Lanefolio has no separate legal personality. The company’s registered particulars are published on dunime.com.
2. What this site collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your organisation, your telephone number, your email address if you give one, a short description of what you operate, and an optional message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, timestamp, the page requested), as every web server does. They exist to keep the site running and secure, and are retained for a short period.
3. What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies, which is why you have not been asked to consent to any.
- It runs no analytics: no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no session recording.
- It loads nothing from a third party. Fonts, styles and images are served from lanefolio.com. No content delivery network, no embedded map, no social widget.
- It runs no JavaScript at all, so it builds no profile of you.
- It publishes no email address, so nothing here can be harvested.
4. Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work for you. That is the only purpose. Sending the form is your consent to be contacted about the enquiry you made.
5. Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to us and read by the people at Dunime Technologies who would do the work. It is not sold, rented, shared or passed to any third party for marketing, and it does not travel through a form-handling service.
6. Where it is held, and for how long
On servers in India, and in the mailbox the enquiry was delivered to. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once the conversation is plainly over. Records connected to work we did are kept as long as the law and the engagement require.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will stop contacting you.
Because no email address is published on this site, the route for any of that is the telephone: +91 98717 90741. Ask for the person responsible for data protection and it will be dealt with.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry handler accepts only the fields listed above, caps their length, and sends the message over an authenticated encrypted connection. Access to the server is restricted to the people who maintain it.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child.
10. The law this sits under
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the Information Technology Act 2000 with the Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules 2011. Indian law governs this notice, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
11. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list, so please check here rather than expecting a notification.
